Wizz Air expands his presence on the Bulgarian seaside for Summer 2026

For the upcoming summer season, the airline company starts 5 new direct routes from Varna to leading European destinations – Barcelona (Spain), Paris Bove (France), Athens (Greece), Debrecen (Hungary), Gdansk (Poland). The flights will run from June and the tickets are already up for sale.
The new routes will be operated from Varna airport to:
- Barcelona – three times a week – on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday;
- Paris Bove – twice a week – on Wednesday and Sunday;
- Athens - three times a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday;
- Debrecen (completely new destination) - three times a week – on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday;
- Gdansk - three times a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Except the 5 destinations above, the low-cost company has already announced its plans to start routes from Varna to Rome (Italy), Warsaw, Katowice, and Wroclaw (Poland), Budapest (Hungary), Larnaca (Cyprus). Thus, Wizz Air will provide greater choice for travelers and will increase the capacity of connections through Varna airport.
