Happy Birthday to Blackseavillas!
 
We find it hard to believe but it has been 14 years since we first opened our doors to customers. It all started with humble beginnings in a little office off a main street in Balchik.
 
Since then, we have gone on to help well over a thousand clients to successfully buy their dream property in Bulgaria.
 
As a specialist in assisting English, Russian and German speakers to buy and manage their homes in Bulgaria, we have been lucky to meet a wonderful and wide range of clients from all over the world over the past fourteen years.
